Gorakhpur is being developed in such a way that people coming to Gorakhpur do not face any kind of problem, be it air route, by-road or rail network, keeping in mind the widening of roads connected to Gorakhpur, construction of new roads. The railway network is being constructed and expanded. Under which doubling work of Gorakhpur to Valmiki Nagar Railway will be done for which preparations are being made. Due to doubling of this route, people of Bihar and Gorakhpur Maharajganj, Kushinagar Kaptanganj, Ghughli, Siswa Bazar Khadda, Paniyahwa will benefit.
These states will benefit from the doubling of this railway line.
Due to the doubling of Gorakhpur Valmiki Nagar rail route, the people of Bihar, Jharkhand, Arunachal Pradesh, these states will benefit greatly from this new railway line because on this route it will be very easy to go from Gorakhpur to Delhi Mumbai and the line will be clear and the trains will run on time. And the number of trains will also increase. The people of Kushinagar, Maharajganj, Gorakhpur and Bihar West Champaran district will benefit the most from the doubling of this railway line.
There are 12 railway stations on this route which include Gorakhpur Cantt, Unnaula, Pipraich, Bodarwar, Kaptanganj, Ghughli, Siswa Bazar, Khadda, Paniyahwa, Valmiki Nagar stations. Doubling of this railway line will be done in two phases from Gorakhpur Cantt to Valmiki Nagar of 87 km. A new bridge of 854 meters long will be built on this new rail route line, the budget of which has been approved is Rs 310 crore. Apart from this, 16 big and 38 small bridges will also be built. With its construction, there will be more convenience in rail travel.
